Cancellation by Bordeaux Gusto
Bordeaux Gusto reserves the right to cancel a service in the event of force majeure, exceptional weather conditions, unavailability of an establishment or partner service provider, or any circumstance beyond its control making the service impossible or dangerous.
In this case, Bordeaux Gusto will offer, as far as possible, a replacement solution or a postponement to a later date. Failing a solution accepted by the client, the sums paid for the unperformed service will be refunded.
Service postponement
Where circumstances permit, Bordeaux Gusto may offer to postpone the service to a later date, depending on the availability of the client and the various service providers concerned.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services and leisure activities provided on a specific date or according to a specific periodicity. As Bordeaux Gusto services are booked for a specific date, they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Vehicle and capacity
Services are carried out with a Toyota Proace Verso Extra Long vehicle, accommodating from 1 to 8 participants.
Beyond 8 participants, additional fees may apply. A suitable means of transport may then be offered by calling upon trusted partners specialised in private transport.
It is strictly forbidden to eat and drink in the vehicle, with the exception of the water made available to you. Any cleaning made necessary by the behaviour of the clients, and entrusted to a professional cleaning service, will be invoiced as an extra.
It is also strictly forbidden to smoke in the vehicle, including electronic cigarettes.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you would like the experience in another language: we can provide an interpreter for your visits. Additional charges will apply.

Tastings are strictly reserved for adults of legal drinking age. Excessive consumption of alcohol is dangerous for your health, please drink responsibly.
Client delay and no-show
In the event of a delay on the part of the client, please notify us by telephone or in writing.
As the visits are private and by appointment, a delay of more than 15 minutes may result in the estate refusing to receive us, so as not to penalise the following clients. Bordeaux Gusto cannot be held responsible for the consequences related to the client's delay.
The wine estates offer complete visits including history, terroir, work in the vineyard and cellar, as well as a tasting. These services are inseparable and cannot be reduced to a simple tasting.
A maximum waiting time of 30 minutes is tolerated from the pick-up time agreed upon at the time of booking. Beyond these 30 minutes, 1 additional hour will be billed according to the current rate, subject to the availability of Bordeaux Gusto, the wine estates and restaurants, and the possibility of maintaining the schedule of the service.
Visits, tastings and services offered by wine estates and other partner service providers are subject to their own operating conditions. Bordeaux Gusto cannot be held responsible for any modification, cancellation or unavailability beyond its control.
In the event of a client's no-show without prior cancellation, the service will be considered as cancelled by the client and the cancellation conditions set out in these terms and conditions will apply.
