« Sharing the soul of Bordeaux, one glass at a time. »

The roots

My origins trace back to Brazil, the legacy of a rich history between Portugal and Brazilian soil. From this union was born a sommelier, made in Bordeaux. Raised at the gates of the Bordeaux vineyards, close to the prestigious terroirs of Pessac-Léognan, this wine-growing environment shaped my vision of wine and my attachment to great terroirs.

A revealed passion

My journey began in the hotel and restaurant industry where I took my first steps, training in the art of hospitality and gastronomy. It was in Pessac, during my apprenticeship, that my palate awakened: tasting was above all a moment of conviviality and sharing. This approach to wine naturally led me to a specialised qualification in Sommellerie.

Wine as an experience and transmission

Over fifteen years of experience in France and internationally, notably within Michelin-starred tables and kitchens, I forged a demanding expertise with a discerning clientele, cultivating privileged exchanges and an approach to service founded on excellence. Wine has always held a central place there, as an object of expertise, but above all as a pretext for meeting and sharing.

Wine as a calling

In 2022, I decided to return to my roots in wine tourism, driven by the desire to share my passion and help people discover my adopted home. This adventure carries an unexpected family link with the world of wine: my grandfather used to make his own wine in Beira Alta, Portugal. A passion that seems to span generations.

A vision

Creating a vibrant universe where wine becomes a link between cultures, terroirs and gastronomy. Bordeaux Gusto opens the doors to carefully selected wine estates, as close as possible to the terroirs and the soul of the Bordeaux vineyards.
